I DEMAND a SUBWAY!

When the clock hits 7:45AM, every weekday, I start my 1-hour trek going to work. This has been my routine since the year when my family decided to relocate to the suburbia... which is Talisay City... hehe. Talisay, a city?... maybe, along the Highway from Bulacao to Lawaan, and the urban slum in Tangke but when you go to the outer fringes. Its all subdivisions,... with some greenery,... with some farmlands,... you could still see cows and goats.



After work, if I decide to go home, again I take the 1-hour jourynay. I have been lured and tempted the idea to live in Pasil or move in a crappy place in the city but no, no, no... I love my bed too much!... But I am so frustrated with the traffic... like hello? where is our tax? Going to SRP?... C'mon!



A metropolis like Cebu,... a population of 2.3 million, needs a subway! I read the news last year that a LRT was proposed but because of the All Hail, who thinks he is the king of Cebu, Tomas Osmena... The plan is in the dumpsite of Inayawan! Boooo!



I certainly believe that Cebu is ready for a railway transit or a cooler subway. The roads are damn congested...it sickens me that development of the city hindered by these assuming bighead vindictive lords who think they are the only ones who knows whats best...

Imagine workers, students, businessmen, tourists who are from, say Minglanilla, can be in Colon in mere 20 minutes!... That's wicked!

People from the city center would then be encouraged to move to the suburbs coz it would be very easy for them to travel to their worksplace and schools! These residential areas will then be converted to commercial or industrial zones that would give more businesses... so more jobs... as Republicans always spit out to Obama... its Common Sense!
